Leak Detection
 

The equipment used by our leak detection team are fully non destructive.

 

The aim of leak detection is to locate the leak correctly, and minimise the amount of damage to the property in order to expose and fix the problem.

 

Standard Leak detection  methods include:

Thermal imaging

Tracer gas

Acoustic equipment 

Moisture meters

Endoscope cameras

Salts analysis

 

Once the leak has been located we can undertake the subsequent access, repair and drying works, followed by a fully documented report.

 

We also offer specialised testing for flat roofs with purposely designed kit for wet and dry conditions.
